What Charities do you give to?
We try to give to as many Charities as we can. Some of our current donations have gone to Boston Shriners Hospital for Children®, The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®, The USO®, and Project Bread®.
How much of my total sale goes to Charity?
The amounts can vary but it is NEVER less then 10%.
What types of payment do you accept?
We have our own merchant account to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal© to account Orders@KiwiEmb.com. Please note the charge will show up as S.T.E. & Kiwi Embroidery. Personal checks and Money orders are also acceptable.
How much is s/h?
We offer Free Parcel Post Shipping to the USA. We also offer Priority Shipping to the USA and this is determined by the weight and postal zone. We do not believe in charging handling fees, you only pay what the shipping is when upgrading to Priority mail. We do ship internationally but you must contact Josh@KiwiEmb.com for the cost.
How long does it take before my item will ship?
We customize each item. Items typically ship in 5-7 business days.
Can I return an item?
Yes, if you are unhappy with an item it can be returned, but you must contact us for a return authorization number first. To get this number please email us with the reason for the return. Also if your item has been personalized it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless it was an error on our part. If it was our error we replace it for free.
Is there an embroidery fee?
No, that would be silly!
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Of course we do! Discounts are available when you purchase 4 (or more) of the same item. You can even mix and match colors and personalize each item with different monograms, sayings, names… For example you could purchase 2 Brown Canvas Totes and 2 Lilac Camo Totes and have them personalized with the names, Mandi, Josh, Stevie and Rebekah all while receiving a discount off of our regular price! I want to add more then 3 lines of text, can this be done?

Can I view the full fonts and what they look like?
We have a fonts page for you to look at. You will be able to see all characters available in each font style. Any of our font styles can be used on all of our items.
Do you have other fonts then what is listed?
Yes. We listed the fonts that work on all of our items. To find out if the font style you are looking for is available please contact Mandi@KiwiEmb.com with the font name.
I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Coupon and Discount codes can be used on the last page of check out in the Discount box. Be sure to hit apply before you complete check out.
Do you have other Mini Designs then what is shown?

I tried to change the quantity in my cart but its resetting to another quantity. Why?
We use an inventory control system so we don’t oversell products. You can always email us to find out when/if more will become available.
Can I purchase items for resale or at wholesale prices?
If you have a website, store or are in need of larger quantities please contact Josh@KiwiEmb.com be sure to let him know what product you’re interested in and the quantity. He will email you back with a quote.
If I subscribe to your email list do you share my email with others?
No, I hate it when my name gets sold, so I will not do it to you! Your email will only be put on Kiwi’s mailing list for sales and new products.
